SKVR (Stichting Kunstzinnige Vorming Rotterdam) provides classes in dance, music and other arts for children and the amateur public. This new school will faciliate the incresing needs from the community for a larger learning and practicing space. It also showcases the city and its citizens determination in making a bigger impact on various forms of arts.
