The high-end, mixed-use development will include a 110+ key YOTEL branded hotel, 6-8 residential condominiums, a separate parking deck, and approximately 20,000 square feet of retail and amenity/rooftop garden space. Upon completion the project will be one of the most iconic buildings in the area, while still contextually fitting into the former industrial neighborhood.
